Season's Greetings

A day late and a dollar short...,my Christmas pic XD This is actually a painting I did for my mom as a Christmas gift, but I thought since I had to upload it anyway, I would turn it into a greeting for everyone.

I know the cardinal in a winter setting is really cliche, but I had my reasons for choosing it. This was painted entirely with gouache except for the snowflakes which I used watercolor for (I'm out of white gouache so I had to improvise and use the watercolor from the tube since that was my only liquid white color left.)
