Gaara's First Smile

I've been working on this pic for like, ever. Mostly 'cause at school I found it was just easier to scan in a sketch or draw a pic completely on the comp and finish it that way then to do it traditionally. So I was working on this for a long time XD

ANYway the story behind it. Gaara is like, always brooding. All the damn time, even in fanart he's like, never smiling. So I thought I would draw a pic of his first smile XD He's a little bit of a late bloomer...he cracked his first smile at the age of 15...BUT WHO CARES! Temari and Kankuro are like, the happy parents. I can totally see them being all parental towards him. So they're ready with the camera for the baby scrapbook XD

Done with markers. Yeah I probably went overboard with the shading. I can't help it...it's fun T_T
